Cancellation of the 53rd Joint School Science Exhibition
After a serious discussion among our Executive Committee members, the 53rd Joint School Science Exhibition will be cancelled in light of the significant resurgence of Covid-19. We would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to all your active participation in the past and your generous support to us. We sincerely hope that all of us can keep our passion towards science and engage in the activities in the future. May all of us stay safe, and keep ourselves healthy in this roller coaster situation.
有鑑於現今疫情嚴峻，經過第五十三屆聯校科學展覽籌備委員會執行委員商議，第五十三屆聯校科學展覽將被取消，以減低新型冠狀病毒傳播之風險。我們衷心感謝各位於本年的積極參與及慷慨支持。希望各位能保持對科學的熱誠，及於未來繼續參與本會之活動，支持本會。希望各位皆能在此變幻莫測的情況中注意個人衛生，並保持身體健康。

PRIMARY SCHOOL COLOURING COMPETITION
We are now holding a colouring competition targeted at all primary school students in Hong Kong. We provide an opportunity for participants to express their ingenuity and passion in science through colouring and drawing. Participants are expected to demonstrate their own ideal working environment on the given sheets, illustrating our theme this year, ‘Workplace’. Deadline for submission will be on or before 3 July, 2020. Excellent works will be awarded delicate presents and prizes, and be presented in the Joint School Science Exhibition in August, 2020. 1st GENERAL MEETING
The 1st General Meeting was held on 7 December 2019 at Po Leung Kuk Vicwood K.T. Chong Sixth Form College. The year theme and theme colour were introduced to all Preparation Committee members, who also voted for the logo, Chinese and English slogan. The four departments were successfully formed during the General Meeting as well.
FORMATION OF EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE MEMBERS
After 10 days of election, the Executive Committee of the 53rd Joint School Science Exhibition Preparation Committee (hereinafter the J.S.S.E.P.C.) was formed.
